A few things I've built and shipped.

  • Complete Infrastructure Modernization

    Freelo — Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ArgoCD, Sentry

    Took Freelo from manually deployed servers to fully automated, Kubernetes-based infrastructure with GitOps deployment via ArgoCD. Built a complete observability stack based on OpenTelemetry.

  • Workflow Automation Platform

    SentinelOne — Temporal, Golang, Python, Kubernetes

    Designed and implemented a workflow platform powered by Temporal. Powers alerting auto-remediation, customer provisioning, AI agents, and Jira operations.

  • Unified Logging Pipeline

    SentinelOne — OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, Filebeat, Logstash, Scalyr

    Migrated company-wide logging from a fragmented Filebeat + Logstash + Scalyr (Dataset) stack to a unified OpenTelemetry-based pipeline. Processing 100TB+ of log data per day.

  • Unified Monitoring Platform

    Eurowag — Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, Golang, Azure Monitor, AKS, EKS

    Cloud-agnostic central monitoring framework replacing fragmented Nagios and Azure-native monitoring. Custom Prometheus exporters in Golang and multi-sourced Grafana dashboards delivering a unified view across all environments.

  • Multi-Tenant Kubernetes Platform

    Allegro — Kubernetes, GCP, kubeadm, on-prem

    Managed multi-tenant on-prem and GCP Kubernetes clusters with hundreds of nodes running 1000+ microservices.

  • Self-Service DB PaaS Platform

    Internet Mall — GitLab CI, Helm, MariaDB, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, Python

    Self-service platform serving ~100 developers and managing 500+ instances. Reduced database provisioning time from days to minutes through a simple GitOps workflow.

  • Load Testing & Chaos Engineering

    Internet Mall — Locust, Gatling, Chaos Mesh, Kubernetes

    Introduced load testing with Locust and Gatling to identify bottlenecks before peak traffic. Adopted Chaos Mesh for Kubernetes chaos engineering, improving system resilience during Kubernetes adoption.

  • Infrastructure as Code at Scale

    E-commerce Holding — Ansible, Terraform, VMware, OpenStack, Prometheus

    Automated configuration management for ~500 servers across multiple e-shop brands. Led migration from Icinga to Prometheus and AlertManager for unified observability.
